Warrior Dash

I’m counting this as day 1 of my training for the Warrior Dash. I have 13 solid weeks to start training for it. It suggest that the person should start training only 7 weeks prior, but  I am so out of shape right now that I need all 13 weeks. It is a 3.2 mile course with obstacles. I hope that when 7 weeks from now rolls around, I will be able to jog all around the lake without stopping. I did it today for the first time in 45 minutes. The Lake is 2.9 miles around. Sooo here I go. Today is day 1.
